Fajitas De Seitan

Flavored seitan paired with soft corn tortillas and avocado, onion, salsa and lime. The salsa is medium spicy and overall the dish is pretty tame in terms of spiciness. The taste of everything is great, but I found the seitan to be a little spongy so the texture could be improved with more kneading.

The fajitas are CRAZY good. Soft, moist and perfect flavour balance. I can HIGHLY recommend the dish.
