Pretzel bun, lemon-champagne vinaigrette, marinated heirloom tomato, cucumber, shallot, basil flower. The sandwich comes with feta spread too, but I withheld it to make the sandwich vegan. Paired with fresh fruit this was the best fresh lunch which wasn’t too heavy. I’ll definitely order it again.
