Enchiladas Mole

Great entree! Sauce is very flavorful, a bit salty but good and the Mexican rice was well cooked and seasoned.

I order this dish every time and it’s to perfection every time !

Mole was not a dish I was expecting to have veganized this soon. Mole was good, rice was good, but the jackfruit enchilada had an ever so slight pungent aftertaste somehow.

I wouldn't call it authentic - but it definitely was new to me! (Also what do I know). Such a surprising flavor. Unfortunately I'm not sure mine had the coconut queso it said it came with (the creamy white tasted more like their vegan sour cream), but it was delicious. I wouldn't go here craving that classic Hispanic food, but if you want a new take - wow. (Also do yourself a favor and grab the nachos appetizer).
