Empanadas vegan

Anche l’empanada era molto buona, non ho ben capito cosa ci fosse dentro, forse bocconcini di soia e ovviamente verdure, molto buono comunque.

There’s no description of what’s inside, so I just had to bite into the ‘vegan’ empanada and find out. It was this mixture of some kind of curry sauce, corn, and soy chicken. The pastry was kind of limp and sad and there wasn’t much filling, but what filling there was was delicious.
