Eggplant Bharta

This dish tasted great. There are lots of vegan choices on the menu, including vegan naan. The dishes all seemed overpriced for a food court location -- much more than most other places at Dallas Farmers' Market. The service was also slow, but it tasted great, and it was nice to have all the clearly marked vegan options on the menu.
