Eggplant And Spinach Curry (Mild)

One of the few places in Singapore you can get a Japanese Curry Rice dish with customizable spice levels. Also comes with spinach and brinjal which is nice compared to mock meats or vegan meats :)

Would prefer to cook curry at home but my family wanted to eat out so…. Way too salty for my liking! Eggplant was well cooked though #veganisnotscary

I love this dish from Coco Ichibanya, its very taste, eggplant and spinach are cooked perfectly, the japanese rice is good and the curry is super smooth. Its a bit salty but personally thats what i like!
