Economic Beehoon

It's the classic vegetarian hawker economic beehoon, the owner is generous with its portion and most importantly, its cheap and nice.

$3.00 I think! damn the plate was FILLED hehe. thankful my supervisor drove out to the hawker the other day so I could finally try the food near office hehe. this was really filling! the beehoon was cooked quite nicely, I got the white one so it was steamed? quite moist and chewy :D the mock char siew was pretty average but did satisfy my cravings. vegetables cooked nicely, weren’t super oily. quite a decent lunch that I enjoyed, but make sure to ask for gravy if not it’ll be a bit bland I think
