Dragon Roll

This roll is made with tempura broccoli, spinach, avocado, and a spicy unagi sauce. It packs a lot of green veggies! This does come across more vegetal and herbaceous than other rolls because of this. It's just a bit bitter, but bitterness is a flavor we just generally don't have enough here in the US.
