The Double-Boiled Cordyceps Flower with Peach Gum in Superior Soup cost $10.80. This warming bowl of soup contained monkey head mushrooms, cordyceps flowers, huai shan, peach gum, and dates. I'm a fan of traditional Chinese soups but this soup tasted a little sour to me.
