This croissant was crispy on the outside and nicely layered, but the pistachio cream inside was different from the one they use for cruffins… it was much milder, which made me rate it 7.5 out of 10 #Croissant
Another highlight was this double baked #croissant filled with a creamy almond cream and topped with pistachios! A divine experience, with a very crunchy outside but a creamy and flaky inside!
Big shout out to this completely vegan café with its delicious pastries!! I simply love anything they do but the double baked almond is the best!!
