Dessert trio rolls

It was mostly dough and since it’s really really deep fried. Looks fresh and crispy but actually huge amount of oil will emerge once you bite into it. Too oily and bland for my liking but good variety/attempt I guess

Coconut, jackfruit, and purple sweet potato deep fried dessert rolls with coconut cream sauce for dipping. Absolutely decadent. However I think the amount of oil used to fry these tasty rolls is obscene; possibly the unhealthiest thing I've eaten as part of this challenge, but so crunchy to bite into!
