Deep fried okra fingers with coconut ranch and sesame miso sauce

This was our starter for the 5 course vegan tasting menu ($75++) and it blew us away! Wonderful presentation and experience, dabbing the beautifully seasoned and fried okra fingers into either the sesame miso, coconut ranch, both or just having it by itself (my favourite option because the seasoning was oh-so-good!!). I just loved the cutlery used by OFC as well. It was a really lovely ambience there and great experience with the tasting menu. Innovative and delightful dishes at every turn. I highly recommend trying it out!!
