Daiya pepperoni pizza

This is one of my favorite flavors of their pizza. I generally dress up the pizza with veggies and other toppings before I put it in the oven. I've found that in order to get the best texture it needs to be covered in foil for the first 30 minutes of baking and then uncovered for the last 7-8 minutes to be fully cooked throughout without any burnt crust. #luvinarms
