Very good! The OnlyEg tasted great cooked in this way. The carrot cake is unlike

the usual white carrot cake which are soft. This one had sort of a coating, the carrot cake itself was also more firm. Regardless of that, it's still tasty, fried with some beansprouts too. Not the healthiest as it can be rather greasy. A little spicy. Part of the Veganuary promotion which ends at the end of Jan.

I’ll admit, I do occasionally miss a good greasy plate of chai tow kueh. Not

enough to break vegan tho.
But I thought I’d give it a shot since it was only available for Veganuary..
But this one just didn’t cut it. I’d give an A for effort though. Keep on trying guys, you’ll get there

A check with supplier on alliums yielded the following swipe, #alliumfree in this case.

Value for 💷 at $5 with lotsa crunchy #beansprouts for texture though a tad dense for #carrotcake. Gotta work on the sambal #chilli as well; flat, sharp and unsavoury
