One of the best presentation I’ve seen of this traditional dish. The mushrooms tasted really

good too. Good for the price too! And we ate outside in Bergamo alto, really nice experience :) a lot of people in the restaurant, which is pretty famous, but they are quite fast. Nice service too. More than a vegan option.

dicono, il burro in effetti non l’ho sentito però c’era quella Cremina… bo. In meno poca altra roba vegan, pasta al pomodoro credo e il piatto di fave e cicoria che però è la proposta del mese
