Curry Yong Tofu

Very tasty. Loved everything about this dish. Curry was good and all the YTF were super tasty and generous in size. Also had kangkong veggies in it. I ordered Curry YTF, and it came with chee cheong fun in it. Still very filling. $8.30 for this bowl.

Great assortment of 6 vegetables and beancurd - bittergourd, eggplant, lady's finger, taupok, taukwa, and taukee! 🍆 Generously stuffed with housemade 'minced meat paste' that seemed to consist of textured soy protein, tofu, and diced mushrooms. Very tender and savoury, pretty impressive and enjoyable! The curry soup definitely made the YTF more exciting (tom yum and original flavours also available), plus it came with kangkong too which made me happyyy since it's one of my favourite veggies~ 🌶️🥬 Choice of brown rice, noodles, or beehoon as the carb. 🍚🍜 The homemade YTF is only available at Kale by Kang Su Midpoint Orchard, not at their other outlets, so I would recommend ordering their YTF dishes if you're here! Yong tau fu in tasty soupy curry with just the right level of spiciness for me. I had it with beehoon (vermicelli). Can be had with yellow noodles or brown rice too.
