Curry Seafood Farmer Bun (Veganized)

This farmer bun is big and tasty. however i think this restaurant can actually be more vegan (not that i don’t appreciate it being an all-veg restaurant) i just think there are quite a lot of vegan alternatives for pastry and other things and they can use them to veganise more of their dishes

Look at how cool this curry bread is! It says specifically on the menu you can ask for it to be veganized. The curry is rich but not too spicy, and the seafood is decently convincing and fun to eat. Overall a great dish to share with friends.
