Crispy Salt & Pepper Tofu

They serve their #friedtofu in a brown paper bag (2nd picture) which is horrible for crisp retention 😭 By itself the flavour here was mild, the #saltandpepper only lightly modifying the palatal impression at the moment of first contact. So yeah, more crispiness would've been nice. RM9.90 for 6 decently sized cubes, so I guess I'm not going to complain too much 🤷‍♂️
