Crispy Rice with Mixed Veggies

Personally I find it very bland but the kids love it. Guess their tolerance towards spicy food being less this comes as a welcome relief. I love the crispy rice though.

This was super interesting and not what we were expecting! The veggies came out in a clear soup with another bowl full of rice cakes. Pour the soup on top and the combination worked really well! Kind of a fun thing to do although I probably wouldn't order it again since I go to Sichuan restaurants for spicy food! 🤣
