Crispy Marinated Tofu Pho

This vietnamese stand is fully vegan and very cute. The itself pho was bland to me. Maybe it was lacking salt? That said, I did like the tofu texture and there were plenty of noodles. Overall only ok. #pho #vietnamese #londoneats
