Crispy Gyoza Dumplings

It comes intentionally upside-down, but we flipped it so that we could see the dumplings and divide them. The crispy parts were just the bits on the ends, not the actual dumplings, which disappointed me a little. But the actual dumpling itself is good. Filled with mushroom and veggies. My non-vegan friend said it was her favourite dish there.

I loved this dish. The gyozas were delicious and the crispy layer added a different touch.
