Crispy BBQ Tofu Bowl - Market Style

This is one of the best bowls I've had in a long time. This is located in the Budd Dairy Food Hall. An old dairy processing plant in Columbus was converted into a really cool place. Gross name, I know. One floor is a food hall, and a few smaller restaurants, the second floor is a bar and game room and the have a huge rooftop bar. This stand had a lot of #vegan options, this one being my favorite. You can choose the bowl thee ways, I chose "market style." They each have different ingredients, and the market style is described as being "fresher" which sounded good on a hot day. The bowl had deep-fried #tofu cubes tossed in sweet #chili sauce. It then had housemade slaw, fire roasted corn ensalada, garlic vinaigrette on a large bed of garlic annato rice. It had so many wonder flavors. I just loved it, and the fresh sauces were great. It was a large portion as well for $15. They have multiple dining areas to choose from, and we picked a nice outdoor shaded bench. #vegan #veganisnotscary #abillionlove #veganbowls
