Courgette & Cauliflower Fritters

Another delicious starter at The Thimble Inn! A nice twist on fried things with cauliflower and courgette inside, added a bit of lime over them for zesty-ness and it was great dipped in the sweet chilli. Again quite a heavy starter for those not used to British sized portions! 😋
