Cornmeal-Crusted Tempeh Sandwich

wow it tastes just like a crispy "chicken" sandwich but with good ingredients. I scarfed this down so quick! I can't cook tempeh like this at home-- they kill it on texture and taste.

Cornmeal-Crusted Tempeh Sandwich miso-maple-mustard glaze | chile aioli | lettuce | tomato | red onion | pretzel bun Delicious! The pretzel bun is a unique touch and the flavoring of the sandwich is sweet and almost breakfast-y. Different than other things I've eaten there. Highly recommend.
