Corn chowder, a classic! This was the first dish on our menu and we immediately decided on trying it. It includes a corn dumpling and is topped with popcorn. This soup definitely had the sweetness of corn, but there were delicious peppery undertones. I wouldn't say it was spicy, but it did leave a nice sensation in the back of my throat. It was needed to balance out the natural sweetness from the corn.
