Cobb Salad

This was actually purchased at the National Bank Open Tennis in Toronto, at their food stall. I’m so glad there is a vegan option at this busy event. And looking at the long line, there are more vegans than people think!!! 😅 The salad and the dressing were both delicious. Off course, it was a little more expensive than at their restaurants, but it’s understandable.

Delicious Cobb salad. Large portion. You can pick your dressing for this salad so I went with "bold lemon" 🍋 and it was quite delicious! It had marinated tempeh, vegan feta, breaded chick'n along with veggies and farro and it's on top of a mountain of mixed lettuces.
