Classic Gyro

This vegan gyro was delicious. It was really well made. I’ve never really had a gyro before I went vegan so this is a first time for me, so I’m not really sure how this would compare to the non vegan one. Honestly if you’re in the area. I recommend giving it a try.

This satisfied my gyro craving and then some. Haven’t had one in years - and it was perfection. They use house made seitan which was seasoned just like a classic gyro. Could’ve used a touch more tzatziki but that is just me liking sauce. The wrap was huge! Leftovers made for a tasty lunch today. #veganisnotscary #veganisdelicious
