In addition to a host of dairy ice creams, Marble Slab Creamery offers 4 vegan ice cream flavours. Also, you can chose stuff to add to your ice cream, like cookie dough, M&M-type candy, fruit (banana pieces, chopped strawberries, etc), a variety of nuts, etc. I chose Oreo pieces to add to my chocolate mint ice cream.
This vegan ice is delicious. Dare I say it’s even better than Breyers vegan ice cream available at grocery stores? This ice cream is smooth! The mint was subtle, not overpowering. And the Oreo pieces just added to the appeal.
The base is coconut milk. I bought 2 half-litre containers, a different flavour in each. I can’t wait to open up the other. 😊
