Chia Vegan Salad

I loved this salad from Chia! The presentation was beautiful with the avocado rose and I really enjoyed it squeezing that half an orange on it. It came with another dressing that was very light and tasted oil free which I love! There were strips of seitan and some bread in there too, along with some almonds, spinach and argula. Very yummy 😋

This was ok- LOTS of avocado and good tofu and veggies, but nothing out of the ordinary. Don’t remember the exact name for this salad!
