Char Siu Manapua

I had no idea what to expect with this dish, but I thought it would be more savory. The tofu inside was dyed a very vibrant pink color. Very interesting

I brought these to share at my work and everyone loved them (including myself), saying they taste just like the traditional meat-based version. One person even said that it's even better. The owner of this shop specializes in veganizing local, Filipino, and baked goods such as Musubi's, Char Siu Steaks, Donuts, Cookies, Cinnamon Rolls, etc. There's no set business hours (at least not yet), but she posts their Pop-Up Bake Sales on their Facebook (7 Vegans HI) and Instagram Page (@7Vegans_HI) and also accepts orders by DM or texting them at 8083864485 or email ronduenfamily@yahoo.com.
