#wantanmee with #charsiew was one of my favourite #brunch items when I was growing up. In adulthood I've reduced the dependency by way of palate diversification, but reacquainting is always nice, especially when the here and now is vegan 😚
There's #seitan #fakemeat which they crisp up and drench in this delicious sweet sauce 😋 That alone made the dish, I almost forgive them the sneaky phrasing wherein wan tan mee ostensibly referred to the type of #noodles rather than noodles accompanied with little dumplings 😒 With just some mushroom, vegetables, and cut chilli on the side, RM15.90 is a teeny bit steep. But arguably worth it because this is a good effort 🙂
