seriously just look at that sweet sticky glaze 😻 texture is on the softer side but still has a nice bite to it. only thing is it's mostly gluten (i think) so it's low on protein.

They do delivery now! This is the best char siew I’ve ever had! It’s so delectably charred around the edges and the sauce is the perfect combination of sweet and savoury. Soooo yummy! Comes with a bag of sauce to enjoy with rice.

So addictive!! Haven’t had char siew as good as this since going plant-based — sweet and savory with enough char outside and succulence inside. Texture’s even better than some rubbery & fatty meat char siews I remember having last time! And 3-4 servings for $11.90 is pretty worth it.
