Chinese cuisine in a contemporary dining room and a large al fresco terrace with truly spectacular views of the Singapore River.
Scoop of vegan coconut ice-cream served on a bed of shaved salted coconut ice - think coconut water in the form of frozen chips! 🌴🥥🍨❄️ Interesting to try this cold version, since bubur Char-Char usually consists of sweet warm coconut milk. Topped with a drizzle of pulut hitam black glutinous rice, yam balls, mango cubes, banana slices, and pomegranate seeds. 🍠🥭🍌 My partner enjoyed this very much. Heard that this is @vikas' favourite too! ($15) #sgvegan #veganoptions #sgdessert #vegandessert
An unconventional rendition of the traditional #dessert #buburchacha. It is an #accidentallyvegan dessert that can be found in many countries in Southeast Asia. They added #banana and #pomegranate. While slightly unusual, they add to the texture. The best part were the chewy sweet potato / yam pieces. The coconut ice cream seems to be the same as the one from other dessert.
☆☆☆☆☆ A superlative dessert, at the end of a very satisfying set lunch, the chairman's bubur cha cha is delectable, with a vegan #icecream at the center of a bunch of fruits... bananas, mangoes, pomegranates and taro swimming in #coconutmilk
Never tried a dish like this before but I felt it was quite bland. It is very refreshing and if you don’t like super sweet desserts I guess it’s good but I personally found it bland.
This was not bad but I didn’t really like the ice texture, it could have been finer. The ice cream was also very very hard but it was of pretty good quality!
