Ceaser salad

I'll start out with the positive. They took out the croutons for my gluten allergy and they took $1 off the price! I've never seen this before but I absolutely love it! It was a pleasant surprise, I'm used to getting up-charged not discounts! The salad dressing was really tasty and I really enjoyed it! Now the negative. It was lettuce and salad dressing. Not very exciting even for $13. I asked if they had any GF protein to add but nothing. No tofu? Really? Caesar salads can have other things on it too. Avocado, coconut bacon, idk there are options! Also the lettuce didn't seem very fresh (a fair bit was kinda brown). I understand it's tough to keep greens fresh but I did have higher expectations. I wouldn't go out of my way to go here because they don't have many GF options (no entrees are GF) but I'd go here again with a group.

Okay, so usually I think restaurants give you more salad than dressing, this was totally not the case here, I felt the dressing was super strong and overpowering the lettuce in the salad. I had some of this and took the rest home for dinner, where I added some spinach and other greens in tasted great. Next time I might ask for the dressing on the side.
