Middle Eastern Vibes. Nourishing. Wholesome. Flavorful. I love the essence of turmeric on the smoked lentils. The preserved lemon yogurt sauce really makes this dish. My only suggestion would be to put more of this creamy sauce on it! Perhaps in a side dish.
