I've heard about carrot dogs for a long time, but I never bothered to make them. When I was at Hi Flora! I thought I'd try out their version. It's completely loaded with pickles, tomato, mustard, and fried onions. It's all on a pita and served with a side of beet ketchup. Without the traditional bun, this was a bit messy to eat, especially with the thin consistency of the beet ketchup. It tasted pretty good though!
