Caramelised Tofu Rice Paper Rolls

One of the nicest fresh spring rolls I have tried in a restaurant. They use brown rice paper and the rolls are filled with mint, lettuce, rice noodles, caramelised tofu and served with crushed peanuts and a fermented bean dip. DELICIOUS! Price $7 for 2 but we ordered 3 for an extra few dollars.

These are a generous size and absolutely packed full of fresh ingredients. The caramelised tofu is delicious. Love the house dipping sauce too.
