Caesar Salad

The housemade dressing is really good. It really tastes like Caesar dressing. Greens are fresh and crisp. They didn’t even skimp on the croutons and Parmesan shavings. I wasn’t even going to review this at first because I got this for takeout and it was going to take about an hour to get home and I didn’t think it would be fair to knock off any stars or post anything negative about it not being fresh, so I was going to wait for the next time that I enjoy this at their restaurant . But when I got home and tried it, I felt it was deserving of five stars on taste, so no point in holding off.  This was supposed to be a side that comes with the lasagna, but I believe they charged me extra for it, and didn’t realize it until I was home, and also they didn’t provide me a receipt. They just opened, so I’m sure they’ll improve their process overtime. Everything I tried so far is very good.
