Caesar Gone Wild

Caesar Gone Wild is a summer dish on the NOLA menu that’s vegan by default. It consists of a delicious hearty herb spread topped with baby romaine, roasted cashew, roasted sweet corn, kumquats, blackberries and croutons. It’s simply divine and very substantial/filling. Can’t recommend this enough.
