Burnt ends quesadilla

I personally loved the burnt ends quesadilla! It was like pulled pork with nice seasoning and a little sweet with good avocado and cheese and other things. Very filling and flavorful.

Such a delicious mess! Like the best bbq, the “meat” is tender, sweet, and spicy. Cooked onions, vegan cheez, tomato, and avocado round out the flavors. Served with a properly salty/vinegary kimchee.
