This dish was amazing. Trio of mushrooms soya skin, tofu and lili bud stir fry in chilli garlic with crispy lotus root. In Sydney during the Omicron wave, we headed to the hills to Katoomba. We walked all day through some of the most beautiful country in Australia, we were really looking forward to some great food back at our accommodation. Basil Nut completely hit the spot. The flavours really came together well, a great balance of mushroom textures and the lotus root added the perfect crunch. We had the best samosas also, with soft fresh tasting pastry and the perfect spiced veggie filling.
