Buddha bowl

reminiscing one of my lunch options from pre-cb. filling and tasty~

Ordered from Deliveroo. Very filling bowl, with a focus on balanced meal and flavours too! Black pepper roasted tofu, eggplant, raw cabbage slaw, brocolli, carrots, corn and legumed on fusilli pasta with sriracha dressing

Everything was cold except for the tofu which I wished I was warned because cold eggplants is really #notcool #crf

this is so good that i cant seem to bring myself to be more adventurous in trying other food in haakon!! 😓😋 thats a lot to say since i love to explore new food 😂🔎🍴
