Some parts of this I loved and some were ehh. The brownies themselves were sooo good! Soft, chewy, gooey, rich and chocolatey. The ice cream I wasn’t a huge fan of bc it’s evident that they must use coconut based ice creams. You can taste a hint of coconut in each flavor— especially chocolate. I don’t like my ice cream like that but if you are a big coconut fan you’d probably enjoy it. Strawberry and vanilla were more tolerable for me. The almonds on top were so lovely and added a nice crunchy texture to the dessert.
