Okay this review is for Super Nova food truck parked in the same location as the all gluten free Vegan Eden bakery. If you are looking for flavor covered and smothered this is your spot, the brisk’et sandwich is Amazing! Talk about flavor town and the Mac is gooey and cheesy topped with crunchy nutritional yeast, Yummy The burrito- more like everything but the kitchen sink- your daily vegetable all wrapped up with a savory sauce throughout the burrito, definitely a two hands on burrito.
