Brioche con il gelato

Anni e anni che non mangiavo la brioche con il gelato! Che bello! Gelato al latte di riso, gusti Mediterraneo Veg e Cuba, il secondo più saporito del primo. La brioche è del Forno Brisa. In questa gelateria i cucchiaini, tovaglioli ecc sono compostabili. Years and years that I didn't eat brioche with ice cream! How wonderful! Stefino ha tantissimi gelati vegani, a base acqua o latte di riso. Il mio preferito è quello alla curcuma che vedete in foto, per curiosità ho chiesto se la brioche fosse vegana e la risposta strabiliante è stata sì 🤩🤩🤩 brioche davvero buona, purtroppo manca la panna che smorza il freddo del gelato ma la riprenderò sicuramente.
