One of my favorites. Plenty of veggies and tofu in a flavorful stir-fry sauce.

Favourite Simply Asia dish. Very tasty and spicy (you can choose mild/medium/hot 🌶 depending how you like it). Highly recommend. #greyton

When we feel like a takeaway, this is our default option... and it’s always amazing. Brinjal stirfry with Tofu - I opt for “mild” which still has a bit of a kick (in my opinion). Just the most more-ish thing. I keep meaning to try something else on the Simply Asia menu but somehow never do 😂 #greyton #supportgreytonfarmanimalsanctuary
