Brazilian Nut Coriander Pasta

The salad is not-so-fresh and a bit dry. The pasta has the right amount of creamy sauce. But I find it lacking in flavor. #crf

Yummy and healthy, the pasta is mixed in a unique sauce with a generous portion of raw veggies. Shared this with @thirdlevelvegan alongside the lasagne and the lasagne taste is much stronger than this i.e. tastier.

This tasted just like pesto without any semblance of brazil nuts at all, which may be a good thing as it’s kind of an acquired taste? xP Loved how this dish wasn’t oily at all (which is super rare for anything pesto I feel), and how the creamy pasta complemented the fresh & crunchy salad + its tangy sauce so well :)

Really flavourful! Love the herbal flavours of it. Not greasy at all.
