This dish was delicious yet for some reason it felt like it was missing something but I couldn’t figure out what. All of the different components in this bowl like the quinoa, kale, sweet potato, black beans, corn, polenta cake, and fried Buffalo Mac n cheese ball made it a really filling and hearty meal. The Mac n cheese ball wasnt as good as I was anticipating, but the kale was cooked to perfection! I could eat a whole bowl with just their kale lol. I’m not sure if I’d order it again but I did enjoy it and don’t regret ordering it.
