Bouchée à la Reine

This is one of my favorite dish! I love it! This is a puff pastry with “chicken”, mushrooms and bechamel sauce. All vegan of course! It comes with fries and salad

I was really happy to find a vegan bouchée à la reine, it's a dish I grew up with. Unfortunately, although it tasted okay, it had nothing to with the authentic dish. It had a very prominent curry taste, which doesn't belong in there at all. Overall weird flavor combinations. Salad was very bland and the mayo super watery. I won't be their guest again sadly
