Bok Choy Mushroom Dumpling

Okay so this photo was from a quick Seattle trip in May 🙈 but I wanted to share because this is one of my favourite places in the entire world and every time I am in Seattle the first thing I do is get food from this place 🤣 These bok choy & mushroom dumplings with spinach wrap dough are divine!! Also the Chili the Garlic Tofu Lamen is incredible and I like the Jajang Tofu Pancake Roll too. There are loads of vegan options here and this place is a hidden gem for sure! So worth it to stop by if you are in the area or order for takeaway. Wonderful vegan steamed dumpling with a delicious mushroom and bok choy filling. This place has fantastic food. Our favorite thing here was the Chili The Garlic Tofu Lamen.
